AI adoption that fits how your systems actually run

Your developers already try AI tools. The risk is that each person does it differently, with no rules on access, data or review.

I fix that. I am an infrastructure manager in Vancouver, BC. I led on-premises-to-cloud migrations, completed MIT's Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation program, and taught development teams to work with AI command-line tools.

You get a setup that your team can run, written guardrails, and people who use the tools.

Work with me in English, French or Spanish.

Where teams usually are when they call:

  • "Our devs are trying AI agents ad hoc."Standardise setup, permissions and review so it's consistent and safe.
  • "We want the team trained, not just licensed."A workshop built around your actual tools and tasks.
  • "Leadership wants an AI plan but doesn't know where to start."A grounded conversation on where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what to try first.
Approach

Guardrails and your real environment lead to tools people keep using

Who I help

Software teams of 5 to 50 people in Metro Vancouver and across BC that want AI coding agents without new security or quality problems. I also help small businesses put AI to work in daily operations, and I work alongside IT providers whose clients ask about AI.

Start from your environment

Your repos, tools and policies, not a generic demo.

Guardrails first

Permissions, data handling and human review are built in from the start.

Leave the team self-sufficient

Written notes and a setup your people can maintain.

What's different

An operator's view of AI, not a vendor's

Production habits

Access, change control and rollback, applied to AI tools.

Tool-agnostic

No reseller deals. I recommend what fits your team.

Teaching first

Your people leave able to run it themselves.

“The value isn't writing more code. It's problem solving and forward thinking with the tools that already exist.”

Behind the work

I run my own work on an AI agent team. I set up the same for yours.

For 11 months, AI agents have run my own work every day. I test what works there first.

More done in parallel

Agents work through the list while you review results.

No lost work

Decisions and lessons stay saved for the next person.

Lower AI bills

Agents reuse what they know instead of searching again.

  • 11months in daily use
  • 1,400+automated checks before each change goes live

How one job runs

  1. 01You describe the work in plain words.
  2. 02The agents split it into tasks and work in parallel, each with approved tools only.
  3. 03You approve the result. Nothing goes out without your OK.

Safeguards

  • Passwords and keys stay in a locked vault, never in a chat.
  • Every job leaves a short record: goal, work, result.
  • Memory and search run on my own hardware.

Local help for teams putting AI to work

Questions

What teams ask before they call

Are we too small for this?

No. The work is sized for small and mid-sized teams, and you get a fixed scope before any work starts.

Will our code or data leave our control?

No. The setup starts with permissions and data rules. The AI tools get only the access that you approve, and a person reviews the output.

Do you sell a specific AI product?

No. I have no reseller deals. I recommend the tools that fit your team and your budget.

What if the team stops using the tools after the workshop?

You keep written notes and a setup that your people can maintain.

Can you work with our French- or Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes. I give sessions in English, French and Spanish.
